THE ARTISAN BAKERY

We are an artisan bakery bakery, passionate about what we do. Our sourdough is famous in the region for it’s slow fermentation which gives it that beautiful sour note and amazing texture.  Using the finest local ingredients, we bake all of our cakes in-house. We believe this gives each and every one of them that home-made look and taste. Adding nothing to prolong shelf life – no additives, enhancers or improvers – our skilled artisan bakers use wood-fired ovens and traditional techniques to make our ingredients shine.

Baking is a 2 day process so orders close off 24hrs prior to baking.  If you are a bit late getting your order in, please text it to 0419 098 828 and we will do our best to save it for you!

THE RESTAURANT AND ACCOMMODATION ARE OPEN THIS WEEK FROM THURSDAY THE 16TH OF SEPTEMBER UNTIL SUNDAY THE 19TH.

WE ARE OPEN AS WE HAVE BEEN DURING LOCKDOWN FOR BREAD AND COFFEE ON WEDNESDAY THE 15TH FROM 9.30AM UNTIL 2PM.

THE FOLLOWING WEEK WE WILL BE OPEN WEDNESDAY THE 22ND UNTIL SUNDAY THE 26TH OF SEPTEMBER.

 

MENUS WILL BE SMALLER THAN OUR USUAL OFFERING AS WE NEED TO BE MINDFUL OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SHUTTING DOWN AGAIN. THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING DURING THESE TRICKY TIMES.

LIMITED BOOKINGS ARE AVAILABLE INSIDE THE RESTAURANT AND OUTSIDE, HOWEVER THERE WILL STILL BE ROOM FOR WALK-INS OUTSIDE ONLY, THERE IS A LIMIT OF 1 PERSON PER 2 SQUARE METRES OUTSIDE SO, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SPACE TO BECOME AVAILABLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BOOKING.
